He is a recipient of the Young Scientist Award (2024) from Association of Biotechnology and Pharmacy. Dr. Nishi Fatma is a distinguished Professor of Psychology with over 22 years of extensive teaching and academic experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She holds a Ph.D. and has completed postdoctoral research at Aligarh Muslim University. She has served in several key academic and administrative roles, including as Head of the Department at NIMS University, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Her areas of expertise include mental health, educational psychology, and psychosocial research. Dr. Fatma has made significant contributions to academia through numerous research publications, books, and conference presentations, and has successfully supervised doctoral and postgraduate research scholars. Widely respected for her commitment to academic excellence, she is known for her innovative teaching methodologies and dedication to holistic student development, along with her active involvement in institutional governance and professional organizations, reflecting her leadership and service to the academic community. Dr Baljeet Singh Khurana has completed his UG from S D college of pharmacy Barnala Punjab, PG from Vinayaka Mission University Tamil Nadu PhD (Pharmacognosy) from Dr APJ Abdul Kalam University Indore MP. The author is having academic experience of 18 years. He has published 50+ research and review articles in international and national journals. Worked as Associate Professor at Adesh University Bathinda and Principal at Guru Teg Bahadur Group Malout (Punjab), presently working as Director Campus at GRD Group of Colleges Malout. He is serving as General Secretary, IPGA Punjab State Branch & a Life member of APTI and other professional bodies. He is active reviewer and editorial member of various journals. He was awarded with various awards by several societies and organisations. Dr. Sourabh Jain completed his undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics) from VNS Institute of Pharmacy, Bhopal (MP), and earned his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Banasthali Vidyapith, Banasthali Niwai (Rajasthan).
