Various tablet-coating techniques, including sugar coating, film coating, compression coating, and enteric coating, are also discussed. The book explains the composition, manufacturing, filling, evaluation, packaging, and stability of hard and soft gelatin capsules, along with non-gelatin capsule shells and modern filling techniques. Monophasic liquid dosage forms such as pharmaceutical solutions, syrups, elixirs, and powders for reconstitution are described with emphasis on solvents, vehicles, additives, solubility-enhancement techniques, manufacturing processes, and quality control. She has also demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing pharmaceutical science through two Granted patents and eight patent Publications, reflecting her dedication to translational research and technological advancement. Dr. Gokhale has authored Twelve book chapters, enriching academic literature in pharmaceutical sciences. She has presented her research at five national and international conferences, showcasing her findings to the scientific community. In addition, she has published Tweenty national and international research articles in reputed journals, contributing to the advancement of pharmaceutical research and evidence-based practice. With a distinguished record of innovation, publications, patents, and academic achievements, Dr. Suchita Gokhale continues to make valuable contributions to pharmaceutical education, research, and healthcare innovation. Dr. Smita N. Takarkhede is a distinguished pharmacy academician, researcher, and administrator with more than 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical education and institutional leadership. She has been serving as the Principal of Ideal College of Pharmacy & Research, Kalyan, Maharashtra, since 2007, where she has played a pivotal role in strengthening academic standards, research culture, and quality assurance initiatives.
