About Book
The idea of book originated by authors to convey a combined database for easy understanding of PHARMACEUTICAL MICROBIOLOGY. This book is intended to communicate information on novel drug delivery techniques, to direct tutors and learners regarding fundamental concepts in Microbiology. The major aim to write this textbook is to provide information in articulate summarized manner to accomplish necessities of undergraduates as per PCI regulation. This volume is designed not only according to curriculum of undergraduate courses in pharmacy by PCI but also to communicate knowledge on PHARMACEUTICAL MICROBIOLOGY for post graduate learners.
About Author
Prof. Kakasaheb. J. Kore is currently working in Rajgad Dnyanpeeth’s College of Pharmacy,Bhor,Pune (Maharashtra). He has More than 28 years of teaching experience. He has completed his Graduation and Post-Graduation from Shivaji University Kolhapur. He has presented research papers in National and International Conference at Bhutan, Nepal and in India, also got Best paper presentation award. He has published and presented more than 40 research papers in National, International Journals & Conferences. He has attended more than 20 Conferences/ Seminars/ Workshops. He has guided a number of PG students; He has three patents and four books on his credit, and also delivered a number of guest lectures in different colleges. He has completed two research projects under SPPU, Pune. He has worked as a member of the staff selection committee. He is a life member of the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI). He is actively engaged in Teaching, Research, Administration and service to his profession.
Dr. Sadhana R Shahi, Associate Professor, Government College of Pharmacy, Aurangabad. Pursued education from reputed institute, Dr. H S Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagour, M.P. Completed Diploma in Marketing Management (IGNOU, New Delhi), Advanced diploma in bioinformatics and Diploma in IPR. Total professional experience of more than 30 yrs inclusive of industry. Guided more than 50 M. Pharm students and 12 students awarded PhD. Publications more than 100 in peer reviewed journal. Recipient of best paper award in 54th IPC, Pune and best essay award at 8th APTI, Hubli. Passionate about teaching on topics related to soft skill development.
