About Book
A Text Book of Basics of Python Programming for Pharmaceutical Sciences has been specially designed for B. Pharmacy Semester–I students in accordance with the NEP 2020 curriculum. The book presents the fundamentals of Python programming in a simple, structured, and application-oriented manner, enabling pharmacy students to develop essential computational and analytical skills required in modern pharmaceutical sciences. Special emphasis has been given to pharmaceutical and healthcare-related examples so that students can easily correlate programming concepts with real-world pharmaceutical applications.

In addition to theoretical concepts, practical illustrations and healthcare-oriented examples have been incorporated to enhance conceptual understanding and problem-solving abilities. About Author
1. Mr. Rahul Ahirwar is an Assistant Professor at Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal, and a dedicated academician in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He completed his M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, RGPV University, Bhopal, and qualified the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT). He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and is actively involved in teaching, research, and academic mentoring.
He possesses expertise in pharmaceutical chemistry, computational drug design, molecular docking, and analytical instrumentation, along with this, he is also recognized as a YouTube educator (Target GPAT) and GPAT mentor, His professional contributions include authorship of books, review articles, book chapters, and patents.
2. Ms. Srashti Soni is a dedicated academician, Ph.D. Scholar, and Assistant Professor with expertise in Pharmacology and pharmaceutical research. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Swami Vivekananda Group of Institutes, Bhopal, and has previous teaching experience at Truba College of Pharmacy and Madhyanchal Professional University, Bhopal. She completed her M.Pharm in Pharmacology with commendable academic performance and is presently pursuing her Ph.D from SAGE University Bhopal. She has received several academic achievements and recognitions
3. Mr. Arendra Pratap Singh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal, with significant academic and research experience in pharmaceutical sciences. He completed his M.Pharm in Pharmacology with excellent academic performance and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. research at Mandsaur University. His professional expertise includes pharmacology, pre-clinical research, pharmacovigilance, pharmaceutical documentation, and academic mentoring. Mr. Arendra has experience in handling advanced laboratory instruments, conducting animal studies.
4. Ms. Neetu Vishwakarma is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Sagar Institute of Research & Technology (SIRT), Bhopal. She completed her Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, RGPV University, Bhopal, with specialization in Pharmaceutics. She is dedicated to academic excellence and is actively involved in teaching, student mentoring, and pharmaceutical education.
