About Book
The titled book is “Textbook of Pathophysiology” (As per PCI regulation). The idea of book originated by authors to convey a combined database for easy understanding of Pathophysiology. This book is intended to communicate information on novel drug delivery techniques, to direct tutors and learners regarding fundamental concepts in pathophysiology. The major aim to write this textbook is to provide information in articulate summarized manner to accomplish necessities of undergraduates as per PCI regulation. This volume is designed not only according to curriculum of undergraduate courses in pharmacy by PCI but also to communicate knowledge on pathophysiology.
About Author
Dr. Keerthi Priya Mekala is currently working as an Assistant Professor at A.S.N. College of Pharmacy, Tenali, Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh, India. She has 4 years of teaching and research experience. She has 1 Indian patent. She has 2 books and 2 research publications in international journals. She also presented 5 scientific posters in various National and International conferences.
Dr. J. John Kirubakaran, M. Pharm., PhD, is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Parul Institute of Pharmacy and Research, Parul University, Vadodara. With 16 years of experience in pharmacy education, research, and clinical practice, he has made significant contributions to academic excellence through curriculum development, research promotion, and quality assurance. His teaching expertise spans pharmacotherapeutics, clinical pharmacy, pharmacovigilance, and pharmacoepidemiology. Dr. Kirubakaran has successfully coordinated NAAC accreditation processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. He has guided numerous PharmD research projects, published extensively in reputed journals, and contributed to academic literature through book chapters. An active member of professional bodies such as FIP, IPA, IPGA, IACP, APTI, and CPA, Dr. Kirubakaran is dedicated to enhancing pharmacy education through innovative pedagogy, interdisciplinary research, and industry-academia collaborations, preparing future pharmacy professionals for excellence in healthcare and research domains.
Dr. Akanksha Mishra is currently working as Assistant Professor in Department of Pharmacology, Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Lucknow. She has completed her M.Pharm. (Pharmacology) from Dept.
