He has guided a number of PhD scholars, three of them have been awarded with PhD degree. He has various research papers in International, National, UGC Care listed, Peer Review-high valued journals. He has reviewed a couple of chapter’s book on Business Research Tools and also in book on Supply Chain Management, McGraw Hill Publication. He has contributed book chapter/ research paper in edited books. He has been awarded PhD degree in 2013 from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. Prof. Dr. Pooja Bhatia, is a Professor and Head, Department of Management at BBDITM, she has 15 years of teaching experience, 1 year industrial experience at standard charted bank, Lucknow and handled various administrative responsibility throughout her career.
