About Book
The major aim to write this textbook is to provide information in articulate summarized manner to accomplish necessities of undergraduates as per PCI regulation. This volume is designed not only according to curriculum of undergraduate courses in pharmacy by PCI but also to communicate knowledge on Pharmaceutical Jurisprudence for post graduate learners. Dr. Rohtash Singh, (M. Pharm, Ph. D) is currently working as Assistant Professor at Janta College of Pharmacy, Butana, Sonepat (Haryana). He has experience more than 7 years in academic and research. He has published 20 research / review papers in various National and International Journals. He has 10 oral poster presentations Certificate, and also 5 Patent Publications in India. He is a Life Time Membership of “IPGA. He has Global Initiative of Academic Networks (GIAN) Certificate course, through MHRD, at MDU, Rohtak, (Haryana) and also Nominee of CPCSEA (Committee for the Purpose of Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals) in IEAC, Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, (New Delhi).

Mr. Sunil Kumar, (M. Pharm., (Ph. D) is currently working as Associate Professor and Head of Department at Faculty of Pharmacy, P.K. University, Village-Thanra, Dist- Karera, Shivpuri (M.P.). He has experience more than 17 years in academic and research. He has published 30 research/ review papers in various National and International Journals. He has 05 Design Patent Grant Publication in Indian and U.K. He is a Life Time Membership of IPGA and APTI. He guided more than 30 PG Students in Pharmacy for their research work. His research interests are Pharmacology and Toxicology.

Prof. (Dr.) Ittagi Shanmukha M. Pharm., Ph. D, FSPER., is currently serving as Professor and Vice Principal, at S.C.S College of Pharmacy, Harapanahalli 583131, Karnataka State. He has 22 years of research and teaching experience of Pharmacology to Pharmacy undergraduate and postgraduate Students as well as nursing students. He has 02 Indian patents, 38 research articles in national and international Journals to his credit.
