About Author

Dr. P. Senthil Kumar, Professor & Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Faculty of Pharmacy, Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. In 1996, he graduated from Sankaralingam Bhuwaneswari College of Pharmacy, Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu. In 2001, he completed his postgraduate studies at the Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya-affiliated Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology and Science in Indore, MP. In 2007, he earned his doctorate from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) in Mohali, Punjab. He has taught pharmaceutical analysis, pharmaceutical chemistry, and other pharmacy-related subjects at the undergraduate and graduate levels for 11 years, and he has around 9 years of experience doing drug discovery research in the pharmaceutical sector. In addition to numerous Indian patents, he has over 30 articles in reputable national and international journals. In his career, he supervised about six scholars at the PhD level and about thirty scholars at the PG level. He was the recipient of the 2003 Ind. J. Pharm. Sci. best paper award in the field of pharmaceutical and medicinal chemistry from the Prof. M.L. Khorama Memorial Fund Committee (Mumbai). Additionally, he received the 2019 CSIR Young Scientist Award in the Pharmaceutical Sciences category. In the areas of drug discovery, polymer chemistry, computational chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and pharmaceutical & instrumental methods of analysis. He is an invited reviewer for numerous scientific journals. He has been a lifetime member of the IPA, IPGA, and APTI. Dr. Shrikrishna Babahari Baokar is currently serving as an Associate Professor at Delonix Society’s Baramati College of Pharmacy, Barhanpur, Baramati. He holds a Ph.D. from MGU Bhopal, an M.Pharm from Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai, and a B.Pharm from K.T. Patil College of Pharmacy, Dharashiv. With over 15 years of teaching experience in Pharmaceutical Analysis, Dr. Baokar has made substantial academic contributions, authoring more than 65 research and review articles in reputed national and international journals. He has actively participated in over 77 national and international conferences, presenting his work through oral and poster presentations. He has served as a resource person in five international conferences and worked as a Co-Chairperson in one international conference. In recognition of his academic excellence and dedication to the teaching profession, he received the Best Teacher Award in 2023. Dr. Baokar has mentored more than 50 undergraduate and postgraduate students in their research projects. He has expertise in operating various analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, and others. His primary research interests focus on analytical method development and validation of pharmaceutical substances. He is also a lifetime member of the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI). Mr. Imam Washim Akram, is currently working as Assistant Professor at North East Frontier Technical University,Aalo, West Siang, Arunachal Pradesh, with 3 years of experience, appointed recently as Head of the Department for Pharmaceutics. He has done B.Pharm from Lovely Professional University, Punjab in 2015, then have worked as practicing Pharmacist for 3 years, in 2019, he cleared PGET, Ranked-132, done Post Graduation from Calcutta Institute of Pharm. Tech and AHS in 2022, has done comprehensive research for 2 years with how different sonication techniques can affect the properties of anti-hypertensive nanoparticles, done various other publications and journal review, and hold patents. He has participated enthusiastically over 50 seminars, webinars, has given guest lectures and trained new pharmacists as well. Dr. K.V. Parthasarathi, M.Pharm., Ph.D., is a distinguished professor of Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry at K.S. Rangasamy College of Pharmacy,KSR kalvinagar ,Thiruchencode,Tamilnadu with over 15 years of teaching experience and specialist in drug testing and quality control. He is well-versed in *Pharmaceutical Analysis: Modern Techniques and Methodologies*, a comprehensive resource that delves into the latest developments in the field of pharmaceutical analysis. His research is widely respected for its thorough exploration of chromatographic methods, spectroscopy, and the validation of pharmaceutical processes, offering significant contributions that are highly valued by the scientific community. Throughout his career, Dr. Parthasarathi has become known for his ability to bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical industry applications. His work on high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography (GC), Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) and various spectroscopy techniques has set new standards in the field of pharmaceutical analysis, particularly for regulatory compliance and product quality assurance. Dr. Parthasarathi has also played a key role in mentoring future leaders in pharmaceutical sciences, guiding numerous students who have gone on to make significant contributions to the industry. He has authored several influential research papers and frequently presents his findings at leading international conferences. Dr. A.K. Bhandari completed his Post Graduation (M.Tech.) and Ph.D. in Biotechnology from G. B. Pant Engineering College- Ghurduri, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand under the Uttarakhand Technical University- Dehradun. He is having 17 Years Experience in various Government and Industry sector. Dr. Bhandari presently working as Scientist at Herbal Research and Development Institute- Chamoli, Uttarakhand. Dr. Bhandari has delivered many guest lectures and participated as resource Person in Workshops/Seminars by Various Universities and Institutions. He has received may awards i.e. National Young Scientist Award (2010), Uttarakhand Young Scientist Award (2012), Innovative Research Award (2022), Outstanding Achievement Award (2022) and International Young Scientist Award (2024). He has granted 04 patents, 01 GI and 01 trade mark. Dr. Bhandari published more than 40 research papers, 08 book chapters, 05 articles in various National and International peer reviewed journals with good Impact factor. His research interests encompass analytical techniques, instrumentation, phytochemistry, and pharmacological screening for various activities.
