He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering Sciences from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, Karnataka, and is currently associated with Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology and Management, Bangalore.With over a decade of experience in CAE, Dr. Abhinav has developed expertise in various tools, particularly in industry-standard software like Abaqus and Ansys. He has authored multiple books, received patents, and earned recognition at both national and international levels. Dr. Shivakumar S. holds a PhD in hyper-elastic material modeling and analysis using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Christ University, Bangalore. With over 20 years of industrial experience, he has a strong background in Machine Design and a business management diploma from Symbiosis. His passion for virtual design and validation has led to significant achievements in industries such as HAL, Satyam-GE Software Services, and TE Connectivity. Throughout his career, Dr. Shivakumar has worked on international benchmarking projects, collaborated with teams from the US, UK, and Germany, and contributed to new product designs, some of which are patented. His expertise spans design, validation, and database management, and he has successfully built and led teams in various organizations.
