About Book
This book reflects on parenting through the lens of neurodiversity—where emotional understanding, gentle habit-building, and growth unfold side by side, and where the quiet well-being of the parent is honored as deeply as the journey of the child.
About Author
Neha Jain is a parent whose understanding of children’s behaviour and emotional life has been shaped through lived experience rather than theory. Her journey of raising a child with ADHD has involved navigating diagnosis, schooling decisions, therapeutic supports, and the everyday realities of home—learning gradually through observation, reflection, and lived moments.
Alongside this journey, she is an NLP practitioner with a working background in psychology and mental health counselling, and has explored habit-building and emotional regulation as practical ways of understanding patterns within individuals and family life.
