Mr. Shubham R. Kamble Assistant Professor | Research & Publication Head The Royal Gondwana College of Pharmacy, Nagpur Mr. Shubham R. Kamble is an accomplished Assistant Professor and serves as the Research & Publication Head at The Royal Gondwana College of Pharmacy, Nagpur. He holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU). With a solid foundation in pharmaceutical education and research, Mr. Kamble has mentored numerous students and faculty members for national and international conferences, receiving multiple accolades. He has authored over 13 research and review articles published in reputed indexed journals such as Scopus, EMBASE, and Google Scholar, and has contributed five book chapters. He also holds one registered copyright and one design patent to his name. Notably, he secured a distinguished rank in Computer-Aided Drug Design (Molecular Docking). His core areas of interest include pharmaceutical formulation, drug delivery systems, and regulatory sciences. Mr. Kamble is dedicated to fostering academic excellence and cultivating a research-driven learning environment for aspiring pharmacy professionals. Ms. Bhagyashri R. Dhakate Assistant Professor M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) Ms. Bhagyashri R. Dhakate has completed her B.Pharm and M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics at Narayana Educational Society’s National College of Pharmacy, Somalwada, Nagpur. She has over 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical education. Her areas of academic interest include Physical Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy, and Pharmaceutics I. She has attended two conferences and has contributed one international book chapter to her credit. Ms. Janhavi H. Indurkar Assistant Professor M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) Ms. Janhavi H. Indurkar has completed her B.Pharm and M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy and has been involved in pharmaceutical education for the past 1.5 years. She has taught subjects including Biochemistry and Organic Chemistry. Her academic contributions include three international book chapters and one design patent to her name. Mr. Akshay V. Ramteke M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) Assistant Professor Mr. Akshay V. Ramteke has completed his B.Pharm and M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor and has been engaged in pharmaceutical education for the past 1.5 years. He has authored several research and review articles, contributed two book chapters, and holds a design patent to his credit. He has actively participated in national and international conferences, where he has presented posters showcasing his research work.
