About author : Mr. Pushpendu Gaurav, Assistant Manager- Research & Development (R&D) at Karnataka Antibiotics and Pharmaceuticals Limited (A Govt. of India Enterprise), Bengaluru. Mr. Pushpendu Gaurav holds a Bachelor's degree (B.Pharm.) from M.J.P Rohilkhand University, Bareilly (U.P) and a Master's degree (M.Pharm.) from Dr. Harisingh Gour University (A Central University), Sagar (M.P). Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru (Karnataka). His academic achievements include qualifying in various national-level entrance tests such as GPAT (2011, 2013 & 2015) and NIPER-JEE 2013. He has around 10 years of experience in Research and Development (R&D); he has been associated with Macleods Pharmaceuticals Limited R&D Centre, Mumbai and Karnataka Antibiotics and Pharmaceuticals Limited (A Govt. of India Enterprise), Bengaluru. He has authored two research papers on analytical method development published in international journals, holds a design patent, and has written two books for Pharmacy students. Mr. Gaurav specializes in analytical method development and analytical method validation of various pharmaceutical dosage forms and Active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Mr. Gaurav's contributions play a vital role in advancing research and development efforts within the pharmaceutical industry, ultimately benefiting patients and healthcare providers alike. Dr. Rakam Gopi Krishna is Working as Associate Professor in Marri Laxman Reddy Institute of Pharmacy, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. He completed B. Pharmacy from Gokaraju Rangaraju College of Pharmacy, Osmania University, Hyderabad, Telangana, India in First division by securing 64% of marks in 2007 and he passed out M. Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) from Bharat Institute of Technology Pharmacy, JNTU, Hyderabad, Telangana, India in First class with Distinction by securing 78.1 % of marks in 2009.
