A dedicated and accomplished academician, Dr. Bawa is renowned for her contributions to Pharmacy Research. Dr. Bawa earned her Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) and Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm) degrees Lovely Professional University and Punjab Technical University, respectively, and her Doctorate (Ph.D.) from Lovely Professional University. Currently, she serves as a Professor at Shri D. D. Vispute College of Pharmacy & Research Center in Navi Mumbai, where she has been shaping the future of aspiring pharmacists for over a decade. With more than 10 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate level, Dr. Bawa has established herself as a prolific researcher, having published numerous review and research articles in esteemed national and international journals. She holds three Indian patents—two in design and one published patent. Dr. Bawa is an esteemed member of the Institute of Scholars and was awarded the Best Young Researcher Award in 2014. She also serves as a reviewer for the International Journal of Basic and Applied Science. Her accolades include the Best Faculty Award at SBS College of Pharmacy and the Best Asia Research Award. Dr. Bawa has actively participated in numerous conferences and webinars across Maharashtra and Punjab, often earning recognition for her poster presentations.
