About The Author Dr. K. Sankara Reddy is presently working as a Ward Welfare and Development Secretary for Proddatur Municipality, Y. S. R. Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, India. He has 12 years of teaching experience. Having completed an M.A. in Economics from Sri Krishnadevaraya P.G. Centre, Kurnool, a Bachelor of Education from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapuramu, a Master of Education from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupathi, and a M.Phil. from Manan Manian Sundra Nar University, Tamil Nadu, and Ph.D. from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapuramu.
