Prof. (Dr.) Subhasish Chatterjee serves as the Dean of Academic Affairs and holds the position of Professor in the Faculty of Management and Commerce at ‘The ICFAI University’, Tripura. He possesses 30 years of professional experience, with 8 years dedicated to teaching at Health University, focusing on human resources and behavioural aspects of healthcare services. He has achieved exceptional outcomes and thrived in academic administration, research, training, and teaching. Dr. Subhasish possesses a Doctorate in Sociology from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. Additionally, he has a postgraduate degree in Sociology with a focus on Personnel Management, Industrial relations, and Labour welfare. He also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with specialisations in Human Resource, Health and Hospital Management. He successfully finished courses in People Management, Marketing Management, and Business Communication at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Furthermore, he has completed certification courses in Project Management, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Digital marketing from prestigious institutes. Additionally, he obtained a Diploma in Educational Management Studies with a focus on teaching English from the TEFL Training College [Division of TESOL Educational Service]. Moreover, he has published over 60 research papers in esteemed journals, as well as book chapters and books.
