Dr. Minal M. Ghule, M.Pharm, Ph.D, PGDBMcurrently holds the position of Head of the Department and Assistant Professor at Mouda College of Pharmacy, Mouda, located in Nagpur, and Maharashtra. She earned her Ph.D. from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Her Master's Degree (M.Pharm), specializing in Pharmaceutics, was obtained from Smt. Kishoritai Bhoyar College of Pharmacy, Kamptee, Nagpur. She completed her B.Pharm from Dadasaheb Balpande College of Pharmacy, Nagpur. To enhance her professional growth, she has also earned a PGDBM in Hospital and Health Management from Symbiosis International University, Pune.With a total of 8 years of experience in academia, administration, and research, as well as 1 year in the pharmaceutical industry. She has made significant contributions to her field. She holds 1 patent titled "Modification of aerator tube /tissue holding tube instrument using Student Organ Bath." Additionally, she has published 20 research papers in national and international journals and presented 11 papers and posters at national and international conferences. Her active engagement in the academic community is evident from her participation in and organization of over 20 conferences, seminars, and short-term training programs (STTPs). Shehas area of expertise lies in formulation and development of liposomes and new drug delivery systems. Her passion for continuous learning and commitment to professional development are clearly reflected in her accomplishments.
