About Book
The book with the subtitle "A textbook of Pharmacy Practice" (in accordance with PCI legislation). The authors came up with the concept for the book in order to communicate a united database in an effort to make the revolutionary drug delivery systems more easily understandable. This book is meant to impart information about novel drug delivery strategies, as well as to direct tutors and learners regarding fundamental principles in drug delivery systems. Its primary audience is those interested in the field of drug delivery systems. The primary objective in writing this textbook was to meet the requirements outlined by PCI for first-year students by presenting content in an eloquent and condensed fashion. Not only is this volume structured according to the curriculum of PCI's undergraduate pharmacy courses, but it is also intended to transmit knowledge on innovative drug delivery systems to postgraduate students. We guaranteed that graduates, postgraduates, professors, and industrial learners will find this book to be highly beneficial in their own right.
About Author
Prof. Kakasaheb. J. Kore is currently working in Rajgad Dnyanpeeth’s College of Pharmacy, Bhor, Pune (Maharashtra). He has More than 28 years of teaching experience. He has completed his Graduation and Post-Graduation from Shivaji University Kolhapur. He has presented research papers in National and International Conference at Bhutan, Nepal and in India, also got Best paper presentation award. He has published and presented more than 40 research papers in National , International Journals & Conferences. He has attended more than 20 Conferences/ Seminars/ Workshops. He has guided a number of PG students; He has three patents and four books on his credit, and also delivered a number of guest lectures in different colleges. He has completed two research projects under SPPU, Pune. He has worked as a member of the staff selection committee. He is a life member of the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI). He is actively engaged in Teaching, Research, Administration and service to his profession.
Mr. P.S Minhas working as Principal in Priyadarshini College Of Pharmacy, Koratagere, Tumkur. He is serving as President INDIAN PHARMACEUTICAL ASSOCIATION Tumkur Branch Koratagere since 2002 till date, Executive committee Member of IPA National Mumbai 2002-2004. Executive committee Member of Indian Society of Pharmacognosy 2001-2004. Executive committee Member of Indian Society of Pharmacology Lucknow 2000-2004.Member-Association of Community Pharmacist Of India, Member – Association of Pharmacy Teachers of India – APTI, Member – Indian Society for Technical Education, has guided around 35 PG students and published around 12 articles in renown publications, Organized around 14 Health Checkup camps and 6 seminars.
