The titled book is “Textbook of PHARMACOGNOSY AND PHYTOCHEMISTRY-II” (As per PCI regulation). The idea of book originated by authors to convey a combined database for easy understanding of PHARMACOGNOSY AND PHYTOCHEMISTRY-II. This book is intended to communicate information on novel drug delivery techniques, to direct tutors and learners regarding fundamental concepts in Pharmacology II. The major aim to write this textbook is to provide information in articulate summarized manner to accomplish necessities of undergraduates as per PCI regulation. This volume is designed not only according to curriculum of undergraduate courses in pharmacy by PCI but also to communicate knowledge on Pharmacognosy and phytochemistry for post graduate learners. About Author
1. Prof. Mahendra Kasode is the Youngster & Dynamic Professional pursuing Ph.D, Presently He is working as an Associate Professor and HOD at Indala Institute of Pharmacy, Kalyan, Thane, Maharashtra. He has 10 years of teaching & research experience. He has published 7 research & review papers in various National & International Journals. He has also 3 Patents published in India & 2 UK Design Patents published. He is a Life Time Membership of APTI. He is a Nodal officer at Institute level for PCI, MSBTE, DTE program activities. He has attended many National and International Seminars, Conferences, Faculty Development Programmes & Webinars.

Prof. (Dr.) Ajit Kiran is working as a Professor in Accurate college of Pharmacy, Greater Noida. She has 15 yrs of teaching experience. She has done Ph. d from Jodhpur National University, Jodhpur. She has done M-Pharm in Pharmacognosy from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. She has published many research and review papers in National and International journals. She has one International patent and filed three Indian patents. She has guided many M-Pharm and Ph. d students. She is life time member of APTI.
3. Dr. V.V.S.S. Appalaraju working as HOD, Department of Medicinal Chemistry, MAHSA UNIVERSITY, Kulala Lumpur, Malayasia. He has total of 21 years of experience in academic, research and administrative experience. He has published 35 national and international research/review articles, He published 1 Indian patent. He has guided ten masters and two PhD students. He completed one government grant (fundamental research grant). He is the life member of IPA, APTI, IPGA. He conducted and participated in many seminars, conferences, workshops and webinars. He is the editor for six international journals.
