Dr. S. Manodhini Elakkiya, an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics at Karpagam College of Pharmacy, Coimbatore, has made significant contributions to pharmaceutical research. She has published research papers, Book and Book Chapters in esteemed national and international journals, showcasing her expertise in the field. In addition to her scholarly publications, she has also successfully filed and published two Indian patents, highlighting her innovative approach to pharmaceutical sciences. Dr. Abhishek Pandey is a Professor and Head of the Department of Chemistry and Pharmacy at Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh). He imparts his knowledge and expertise to aspiring students. He has 15 years of teaching experience in the field of Pharmaceutical Technology. Dr. Abhishek Pandey completed his Bachelor of Pharmacy from Guru Ramdas Khalsa College of Pharmacy, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India, and furthered his education by obtaining a master's in Pharmaceutics from Sri Sathya Sai College of Pharmacy, Sehore, Madhya Pradesh, and his doctoral degree from the Department of Pharmacy, Mansarovar Global University, Sehore, Madhya Pradesh, India. To enhance his professional growth, he completed a Diploma in Computer Science from the System Software Institute, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. His passion for continuous learning and his commitment to professional development are evident from such things. His areas of expertise include Pharmaceutics, Scientific Writing, Pharmaceutical Engineering, and developing novel drug delivery systems for new drug compositions. He has in-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Physical Pharmaceutics. He has published his research work in various national and international reputable journals, as well as many patents at the national and international levels. Mr. Rushikesh Narendra Deshmukh working as Assistant Professor at Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Pharmacy, Buldana (MH) having more than 2.5 years of experience as a academician. He has completed his Graduation and Post Graduation from Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldana (MH). He is expertise in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance. He has one year of industrial experience. He has many research and review articles in peer reviewed national and international journals. Ms. Shital Nehere, M.Pharm., is an Assistant Professor at D. Y. Patil International University, Akurdi, Pune-33. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from Savitribai Phule Pune University. With six years of academic experience, she has contributed significantly to both the School of Pharmacy and the School of Biotech & Bioengineering. Her research interests focus on self-microemulsifying drug delivery systems and osmotic drug delivery for the treatment of Type II Diabetes. She has actively participated in national and international conferences, where she has presented posters and research papers. Additionally, she has mentored B. Pharm. final-year students for their research projects, guiding them in experimental design and scientific writing. Beyond research and teaching, she has been actively involved in the NAAC accreditation process, contributing to academic documentation and quality assessment. Her research papers have been published in renowned journals, including Indian Drugs and the International Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research. Her current research explores innovative formulation approaches for diabetes management, with a focus on improving drug bioavailability and patient compliance through advanced pharmaceutical technologies. Ms. Mayura Khanore, M. Pharm, is an Assistant Professor at D. Y. Patil International University, Akurdi, Pune-33. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from Pimpri, Chinchwad University. With six years of academic experience, her research interests focus on micro sponge and nanoparticulate drug delivery systems for Periodontal diseases. She has actively attended national and international conferences. Her current research explores innovative formulation approaches for Periodontal diseases.
