About Author

Dr. Gaurav Tiwari is Professor in Department of Pharmaceutics at the Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology, Kanpur with years of experience. He completed his PhD from Jaipur National University, India. He has completed certification course on “Patent Law for Engineers & Scientists” from Department of Management, IIT, Madras. He has thirteen years of industrial and academic experience. He has more than 8 books and 33 patents to his credit. Recently he has written a book on Intellectual property rights and drug regulatory affairs, Nirali Publications. He is Life member of “APTI” and “Foundation for Health & Environment Research”. He has got “BEST RESEARCHER AWARD” presented by Engineering, Science and Medicine, Chennai, India. He received grants from various eminent bodies like Defense Research & Development Organization (DRDO), COUNCIL OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY, U.P. and Dr. A.P.J.Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), U.P. He delivered lectures at MSME- DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE, Kanpur, ORDNANCE FACTORIES INSTITUTE OF LEARNING, KANPUR and many more reputed institutes. Mr. Pushpendu Gaurav, Assistant Manager-Formulation Development (Analytical Division) at Karnataka Antibiotics and Pharmaceuticals Limited (A Govt. of India Enterprise), Bengaluru. Mr. Pushpendu Gaurav holds a Bachelor's degree (B.Pharm.) from M.J.P Rohilkhand University, Bareilly (U.P) and a Master's degree (M.Pharm.) from Dr. Harisingh Gour University (A Central University), Sagar (M.P). Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru (Karnataka).
