About author : Dr. N D. Nizamuddin, an APTI member who obtained a PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from JNTUA Anantapuramu. He has graduated and post - graduated from the colleges that are affiliated with JNTUA Anantapuramu. For more than 13 years, he has been teaching Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and related subjects. Currently, he is working as a Professor in the department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at Dr. K V. Subba Reddy Institute of Pharmacy, in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. His credit list includes 4 patents, more than 15 research and review articles in peer-reviewed National and international journals, and active participation in over 50 conferences. His area of interest includes organic synthesis, drug design, new drug research as well as Molecular Docking studies. Dr. K. Chandrasekhar, M.S. Pharm., Ph. D., presently working as Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Dr. K. V. Subba Reddy Institute of Pharmacy, Kurnool, A.P, India. He had done his Ph. D from CSIR- Indian Institute of Chemical Biology, Kolkata and awarded Ph. D from AcSIR. He has 12 years of Research and Teaching Experience. He has published his research and review articles in various National and International peer-reviewed Journals. He has participated/presented in many National and International Conferences. He is Life member of Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI), IPA. Dr. P. L. N. Ranganath is M. Pharm, Ph. D and presently working as Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical chemistry, St. Johns College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Yerrakota, and Kurnool-A.P., India. He has 10 years’ experience in both academic and research areas. His research interests are isolation, synthesis, characterization of biologically active compounds and computational evaluation of novel chemical motifs (chiral and achiral).
