About author : Dr. Gorakshnath V. Paunikar a prominent figure in the field of Pharmacy, has carved a distinguished career marked by academic excellence, administrative acumen, and innovative research. Presently working as a Principal of Mouda College of Pharmacy, Nagpur, Maharashtra. He has been instrumental in shaping the future of pharmacy education and research. He has academic journey began with a D.Pharm from GNTI, Nagpur and B.Pharm from Nagpur College of Pharmacy. His pursuit of knowledge led him to Annamalai University, where he earned his M.Pharm with a specialization in Pharmacology in 2007. He is earned his Ph.D from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi in 2021. Recognizing the importance of interdisciplinary skills, he further enhanced his qualifications with a PGDBM in Hospital & Health Management from Symbiosis International University, Pune, and a PGDCR from Nagpur. With a rich experience spanning over 17 years in academia, administration, and research as well as 2 years in Pharma Marketing. He has made significant contributions to the field. His expertise in animal handling, Pharmacological Practical and Preclinical Pharmacological screening has been invaluable. His M.Pharm project work on "Flow Cytometric Analysis of DNA Ploidy in Buccal Mucosa Samples" at CSIR Lab, Lucknow, highlights his commitment to research and innovation. He has dedication to academic excellence is evident in his role as a PCI Inspector. His passion for continuous learning is further reflected in his active participation in conferences, seminars, and STTPs. He has also been in guiding undergraduate students for their university projects. He has contributions to the field extend beyond his academic and administrative roles.
