About Book
The titled book is “Textbook of Pathophysiology” (As per PCI regulation). The idea of book originated by authors to convey a combined database for easy understanding of Pathophysiology.
This book is intended to communicate information on novel drug delivery techniques, to direct tutors and learners regarding fundamental concepts in pathophysiology.
The major aim to write this textbook is to provide information in articulate summarized manner to accomplish necessities of undergraduates as per PCI regulation. This volume is designed not only according to curriculum of undergraduate courses in pharmacy by PCI but also to communicate knowledge on pathophysiology.
About Author
Mrs. Alaka Das is involved in Teaching, Research and Administrative work asAsso. Professorat Om Sai Institute of Paramedical Sciences (OmSai IPS). She has over 8 years of Teaching in Pharmaceutics, Pathophysiology, Industrial Pharmacy, Physical Pharmaceutics, Hospital & Clinical Pharmacy etc. to D.Pharm, B.Pharm & M.Pharm students. She did herB.Pharm in 2015, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) in 2019 from Seemanta Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, BPUT University, Odisha and persuing PhD in Pharmacy. She has to her credit numerous number of research paper, articles & reviews in various international and national indexed journal and presents her research work in National and International conferences and attended many workshops, refresher courses, Faculty Development Programmes and STTP sponsored by PCI, UGC, NITTTR, and AICTE.
Dr. Surya Devarakonda is currently working as Associate Professor at Malla Reddy College of Pharmacy affiliated to Osmania University. He has around 17 years of teaching, research and industry expertise in India and abroad. He did his PhD under a DST sponsored project from Andhra University. He received an international travel grant from DST to present his research work at Gothenburg, Sweden. He generated 3 patents from his PhD work. He published his research work in the journals of international repute. He published two books by German publishers and a book chapter by Bentham series publishers edited by Prof. Dr. Ataur Rehman.
Dr. Aswini Kumar Senapati currently holds the position of Associate Professor & Head of the Department of Pharmacology, Institute of Pharmacy & Technology, located in Salipur, Cuttack, Odisha, India. He earned his undergraduate degree in 1997 from Roland Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Berhampur, Odisha, affiliated with Berhampur University, Odisha.
