Prof. (Dr.) Tulsi Bisht is a distinguished academician, researcher, and academic administrator with over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical education, research, and institutional leadership. She is currently serving as Professor and Head, Department of Pharmacy, Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Garhwal University, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. She holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics, along with M.Pharm and B.Pharm degrees from H.N.B. Garhwal University. Throughout her career, she has successfully served as Professor, Principal, Head of Department, and Associate Professor at several reputed institutions, demonstrating excellence in teaching, curriculum development, research supervision, and academic administration. Dr. Bisht has made significant contributions to the field of Pharmaceutics, Novel Drug Delivery Systems, Nanotechnology, Herbal Medicines, and Pharmaceutical Research. She has authored more than 25 research publications, guided over 25 M.Pharm dissertations, is currently supervising 8 Ph.D. scholars, and has been granted three UK Design Patents for innovative healthcare technologies. She has also published books and book chapters, delivered numerous invited lectures, served as an external examiner and paper setter, and actively organized national and international conferences, workshops, faculty development programmes, and scientific events. Her dedication to research and innovation has earned her recognition as an Emerging Researcher Award (Pharmacy) recipient and she continues to contribute as an Advisory Board Member of the Society of Health Education and Research (SHER).
Prof. (Dr.) Mohit Saini is the Principal of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Maharishi Dayanand Medical Science and Research Institute, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India. He earned his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Faculty of Pharmacy, P.K. University, Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh. With over 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical education, research, and academic administration, he has made significant contributions to teaching, research, and institutional development. His research interests include Biopharmaceuitcs and Pharmacokinetics (PK/PD), Advanced Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Driven Drug Discovery, Biotechnology, Molecular Docking, and Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS). He has published more than 15 research articles in reputed international journals, presented his work at over 30 national and international conferences, seminars, and symposiums, and holds three Indian patents and one international patent. Dr. Saini is also the author of two pharmacy textbooks that have contributed to pharmaceutical education. As an educator, researcher, and academic leader, he remains committed to fostering innovation, advancing research excellence, and preparing future pharmacy professionals to address emerging challenges in healthcare and pharmaceutical sciences.
Prof. (Dr.) Amit Kumar is currently serving as Professor in the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Motherhood University, Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India. He is an accomplished academician, researcher, and administrator with over 17 years of experience in pharmaceutical education, research, and institutional administration. He completed his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from P.K. University, Shivpuri (Madhya Pradesh) in 2024. He obtained his M.Pharm (Clinical Pharmacy) in 2010 from Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Technology and Science, Dehradun, and his B.Pharm in 2007 from Ram-Eesh Institute of Vocational and Technical Education, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Dr. Amit Kumar served as Principal at Smt. Manjira Devi University, Dunda, Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand, for nearly 13 years, where he played a pivotal role in academic leadership, quality enhancement, and institutional development. He also held key administrative positions as Deputy Registrar and Registrar at the same university from September 2024 to November 2025, demonstrating exceptional leadership in academic governance and regulatory compliance. Dr. Kumar has made significant contributions to research and higher education by supervising 08 Ph.D. scholars, 05 postgraduate, and 10 undergraduate research projects. His areas of specialization include Drug Design and Development, Molecular Docking, Ethnopharmacology, and Phytochemical Screening, with a strong research interest in pharmaceutical sciences and novel drug discovery. A prolific researcher, Dr. Kumar has published 42 research papers in reputed national and international peer-reviewed journals. He is also the author of 06 national-level pharmacy books and has 05 published national and international patents to his credit. His research focuses on drug delivery systems, formulation development, molecular docking, phytopharmacology, and the evaluation of pharmacological activities of natural products. In addition to his research contributions, Dr. Kumar serves as a Reviewer and Editorial Contributor for IIP Press, where he is actively involved in the peer review of scientific manuscripts, ensuring research quality, originality, and ethical compliance. He has participated in more than 50 national and international seminars, workshops, conferences, and faculty development programmes, and has contributed to curriculum development in accordance with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) guidelines. Dr. Amit Kumar is a Member of the Society of Higher Education (SHER) and continues to contribute actively to pharmaceutical education, research, innovation, and academic administration.
Mr. Dheeraj Kumar Vishwakarma is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Motherhood University, Roorkee, Uttarakhand. He holds an M.Pharm degree and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences. He has 5 years of teaching experience in pharmacy education and has been actively involved in undergraduate teaching, student mentoring, and academic activities. His areas of teaching include Research Methodology, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutical Inorganic Chemistry, and Computer Applications in Pharmacy. Mr. Vishwakarma is committed to promoting quality pharmacy education through innovative teaching methodologies and continuous professional development. His academic interests focus on pharmaceutical analysis, research methodology, pharmaceutical inorganic chemistry, and computer applications in pharmacy. He is dedicated to fostering research aptitude and enhancing the academic and professional skills of pharmacy students.
Prof. (Dr.) Manish Kumar Mishra is serving as the Principal & Professor in the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Motherhood University, Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India. He is a distinguished academician and researcher with over 21 years of experience in pharmaceutical education, research, and academic administration. He obtained his Ph.D. from HNB Garhwal (Central) University in 2013, completed his M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) from KLE's Society, Hubli, Karnataka in 2006, and earned his B.Pharm from S.G.R.R.I.T.S., Dehradun in 2004.Prior to joining Motherhood University, Dr. Mishra served as Professor and Deputy Controller of Examinations at SGRR University, where he played a key role in academic administration, examination management, and quality enhancement. He has successfully guided 45 postgraduate and 20 undergraduate research students, contributing significantly to teaching, research, and student development. His areas of expertise include Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Green Chemistry, Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD), Drug Design and Development, and Molecular Docking. Dr. Mishra has published 20 research papers in reputed national and international journals. He has 04 published national/international patents, 02 granted patents, and is the author of one national-level pharmacy book. He has actively participated in more than 50 national and international seminars, workshops, conferences, and faculty development programmes, and has contributed to curriculum development in accordance with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) guidelines. In recognition of his academic excellence and leadership, Dr. Mishra has received awards for Best Academician and Best Principal. He is an active member of professional bodies including the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI) and the Association of Pharmacy Professionals (APP).
