About Author
Mr. M. R. Dhanesh Kumar holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Pharmacy from Madras Medical College, Chennai, affiliated to The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He also holds an M.B.A. from Alagappa University, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu, and an M.S. in Pharmaceutical Technology from Vinayaka Missions University, Salem, Tamil Nadu. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER), Selaiyur, Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
With over 15 years of industrial experience in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, and additional experience in teaching and research, guided numerous undergraduate and postgraduate students. His areas of expertise include Formulation Development, Stability Testing, and Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD) research.
He has been invited as a resource person for several academic events and webinars and has delivered lectures across reputed institutions. He has published over 10 research papers and review articles in national and international journals and has applied for two patents.
He is Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics at G.R.D. College of Pharmacy, Thiruvallur, affiliated to The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai, Mr. Dhanesh Kumar is recognized as a dynamic, dedicated, and innovative professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for advancing pharmaceutical sciences.
He is a Life Member of The Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA) and the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI).
He has recently served as a Resource Person during the National Pharmacy Day Celebration at VISTAS, Periyapalayam (2025) and as Chief Guest and Resource Person for National cGMP Day at Saveetha College of Pharmacy, SIMATS, Chennai (2025).
