Dr. Rajiv Yadav is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Baba Mastnath University, Rohtak, a position he has held since 2022. He possesses a strong academic background with a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics and has successfully completed his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences. His academic journey reflects a deep commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and innovation. Dr. Rajiv Yadav has made significant scholarly contributions, having authored and co-authored more than 25 research papers published in esteemed national and international journals. He has also contributed to the advancement of pharmaceutical education by authoring five academic textbooks, which have been widely appreciated for their clarity, relevance, and student-oriented approach. A passionate innovator, he holds over 35 patents in diverse domains, including novel drug delivery systems, advanced formulation technologies, and various pharmaceutical interventions. His patents demonstrate his pursuit of developing impactful scientific solutions with practical applications in healthcare and industry. Dr. Rajiv Yadav is actively engaged in academic discourse and professional development. He has presented his research at several national and international conferences and has been invited to deliver expert lectures on topics related to pharmaceutical sciences and emerging drug delivery technologies. His primary research interests encompass herbal and natural product-based formulations, nanotechnology-driven drug delivery systems, and the development of sustainable and eco-friendly pharmaceutical products. Through his consistent academic, research, and intellectual property contributions, Dr. Rajiv Yadav continues to play a significant role in shaping the future of pharmaceutical sciences. Prof. (Dr.) Sushma Chaturvedi is a distinguished academician, researcher, and former Principal of the Department of Pharmaceutical Science and Research, SGT University, Gurugram, where she currently serves as Professor. With over 35 years of experience, she has made significant contributions to pharmaceutical education, research, student development, and academic leadership. She holds an M.Pharm. in Pharmacology from the University of Delhi and Ph.D. and M.S. degree in clinical and translational Sciences, USA. Her expertise includes Pharmacology, Clinical Research, and Biotechnology, while her research interests focus on Pathophysiology, Cancer Research, Anti-inflammatory Research, and Neuropharmacology. Dr. Chaturvedi has published 48 research papers and participated in more than 70 conferences, seminars, and workshops. She is recognized for her commitment to student-centred education, interdisciplinary research, innovation, technology-enabled learning, and the integration of artificial intelligence into pharmaceutical education and research. Mr. Prabhat Agarwal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at SGT College of Pharmacy, SGT University, Gurugram, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences at SGT University. He brings over 25 years of professional experience, including more than 22 years in the Department of Clinical Pharmacology, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., Gurugram (formerly Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd.), and over 2½ years in academia. He teaches Pharmacy Practice and Human Anatomy and Physiology, mentoring undergraduate, postgraduate, and Pharm.D. students. His research interests include patient counselling, medication adherence, clinical pharmacy, pharmacovigilance, and the application of artificial intelligence in healthcare. Mr. Agarwal has published several research papers, holds two patents, and has presented his research at national and international conferences. He is committed to bridging industry and academia through innovative teaching, research, and patient-centred pharmacy practice. Mr. Lalit Sharma is an emerging pharmaceutical professional and academician with expertise in Pharmacology. He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, Haryana, and a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) with specialization in Pharmacology from Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University (SGT University), Gurgaon, Haryana. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy at Jagannath University, Bahadurgarh, Haryana where he has been contributing to teaching and research for the last 2 years. Mrs. Pratishtha Seth is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy at Pavitra Institute of Pharmacy, Gurugram, where she has been contributing to teaching, research, and academic development since 2024. She is presently pursuing a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences and holds an M.Pharm. degree in Pharmacology. With a strong academic background and a keen interest in research and innovation, she has secured two patents in different domains, reflecting her commitment to scientific advancement and the development of novel ideas in pharmaceutical sciences. Her areas of interest include pharmacological research, pharmaceutical education, and the promotion of innovative learning approaches among students. Through her dedication to academic excellence and continuous professional growth, Mrs. Pratishtha Seth continues to make valuable contributions to the field of pharmaceutical sciences and plays an important role in shaping future healthcare professionals.
