About author : We often bind ourselves to a single identity, one we picture ourselves within. But I am many things, and I’m also just… me. As someone who spent a long time out of touch with herself and is slowly rediscovering that connection, I know firsthand that the process is equal parts joy and pain. The purpose of this book—and my own as its author—are closely intertwined in threads of that joy and pain, woven together with a simple mission. Helping people. Reconnecting with yourself can be hard. Imperative and fulfilling, but ripe with emotion. I want to share what has helped me along this journey with others who might be just as I was—lost amidst the noise within, and the surrounding chaos. If any bit of knowledge I’ve gained while rewiring my brain to work in my favor as an NLP coach can help someone else navigate that chaos, then my mission is accomplished.
