About Author
Dr. Ananthakumar Ramalingam completed his graduation from College of Pharmacy, Madras Medical College, Chennai in April 2006 and post graduation from Bharathidasan Institute of Technology campus, Anna University, Tiruchirapalli in May 2009. Dr. Ananthakumar was awarded a Ph.D by Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research (SRIHER), Porur, Chennai for his novel research on ' Studies on Gastro Retentive Drug Delivery System for selected drugs with different dosage forms to enhance bioavailability'. Presently working as Professor and Head, Department of Pharmaceutics, Paavai College of Pharmacy and Research, Namakkal, Tamilnadu. With 17 years of experience of teaching and research in Pharmacy, Dr. Ananthakumar has published 12 research papers in Scopus indexed national and international journals. He has acknowledged the award 'Best Performer 2019-2020' from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Vels Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies, Chennai. He has 12 years of experience in Biostatistics and Research Methodology to his credit in UG and PG level. He has guided 85 UG students and 21 PG students.
Dr. Radhika Tippani, born on 20th December 1980, obtained her MSc, MPhil and PhD degrees in Biotechnology from Kakatiya University. She joined the Biotechnology Department as Assistant Professor in 2012. She has been entrusted with additional duties as Joint Director of hostels and NSS programme officer, acknowledging the leadership skills in her. She has published 17 research papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals, 2 review articles, and 8 book chapters. She has one patent grant from the UK patent agency (2024). She has been actively involved in teaching at the graduate and post-graduate levels and has guided 17 M.Sc. student projects.
