About author : About the author … Dr. Kumar .M Presently he (Dr. Kumar .M) is working as a principal E.G.S. Pillay College of Education Nagapattinam District Tamilnadu. Prior to this, he was the Principal of Sandravathanam College of Education Kattumannarkudi. He worked as an Assistant Professor for more than ten years at the Mass College of Education at Kumbakonam and Vinayaga College of Education at Ariyalur. He has obtained a B.Sc., degree in Geography, and M.Sc., in Geography at South Indian Cambridge (Govt. College Kumbakonam). He completed his B.Ed., from an institute of advanced study in education at Saidapet, Madras, and M.Ed., a degree in educational technology in Bharathidasan University at Tiruchirappalli. He completed his M. Phil., a degree in Geography from Tamil University at Thanjavur. He completed Dip.VG. in Bharathidasan University at Tiruchirappalli. He completed a Doctoral degree in education at Manonmaniam Sundaranar University at Tirunelveli. He has 15 years of teaching experience at B.Ed., and M.Ed., in various colleges of education. He has published 8 research articles in the journal and presented 10 papers in national and international conferences and seminars.
