Dr. Harminder Singh Bhawara is presently working as a Joint Director in State Forensic Science Laboratory, Raipur Chhattisgarh. He completed his M.Sc and Ph.D from Dr. Hari Singh Gour Sagar University, Madhya Pradesh in the year 1998. He is a recipient of Gold Medal in M.Sc. Forensic Science. He was the first candidate to qualify UGC-NET from the Department of Criminology and Forensic Science of Dr. Hari Singh Gour Sagar University, Madhya Pradesh. He has done his specialization in Forensic Toxicology. He stood first in order of merit in MPPSC Examination which was conducted for the post of Scientific Officer in State Forensic Science Laboratory. He has also done Certificate course in Forensic Psychology. Dr. Rajesh Mishra is presently working as a Director of State forensic Science Laboratory, Raipur Chhattisgarh. He did his Ph.D "Creation of database of source correspondence for Narcotic drugs in Chhattisgarh region. He is also the Author of "Forensic Science and Crime investigation"
