About Author

Dr. Pragya Mittal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education at Gokul Das Hindu Girls College, Moradabad. She holds M.Com and M.Ed degrees and has qualified UGC-NET and JRF, along with a Ph.D. in Education. She has a strong academic and research profile, with 6 research papers published in reputed journals and more than 11 papers presented at national and international seminars and conferences. She has actively participated in many academic programmes and workshops in both online and offline modes. In addition, she has completed 4 short-term courses, and regularly participates in orientation and refresher courses to enhance her academic and professional expertise. Her areas of interest include educational research, Soft Skills and Teaching competency. She is committed to promoting quality research and academic excellence in the field of education. Dr. Sher Singh Daksh is an accomplished academician and researcher in the field of Education. He holds M.Sc., M.Ed., M.Phil., and Ph.D. degrees, and has qualified UGC-NET as well as JRF, reflecting his strong academic foundation and research aptitude. Currently, he is serving as an Assistant Professor at Sunrise University, Alwar, Rajasthan. Dr. Daksh has been actively engaged in teaching, research, and academic development. His areas of interest include educational psychology, teaching-learning processes, and contemporary issues in education. He has contributed to the academic community through research publications in reputed national and international journals, as well as participation in seminars, conferences, and workshops.
