About author : About The Editor Dr. Mousumi Paul is serving as Assistant Prof. of English, Head, Department of English in L.B.S.M. College, Jamshedpur Jharkhand. She has a bright academic career. After completing her Post Graduation in English from Guru Ghashidas Central University, Bilaspur Chhattisgarh, she was awarded M.Phil. (English) from the same University. She had successfully completed her Research pursuits and was awarded Ph.D. from Magadh University, Bodhgaya. She is always motivated to attend National & International Seminars and also Presented her papers in the respective academic programmes. Her avid interest in Social works and active participation among students arena made her involved in (ABVP) Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad. She Served as Vice President, President of Jamshedpur city in the organization. She has Organized national and international webinars as organising Secretary, attended international Seminars as a resource person. Also conducted academic lecture series under national Amrit Mahotsav in her college on 75 Freedom fighters that was recognised and appreciated by govt. of Jharkhand. Her ardent activities made her to serve various administrative posts in the institutions like IQAC Coordinator, Nodal Officer of Lang. Lab, Nodal officer of inflibnet (N-list) and so forth. She is also Proficient in NCC activities in the college as NCC officer. She has bagged recognitions, medals, mementoes in different honourable functions.
