This book covers the syllabus of lifespan development from early adulthood to late adulthood for the students of BSc HOME science, third semester it includes a wide range of topics that will help the students in understanding the various stages, common challenges, problems, and to develop coping strategies to overcome these challenges in life, this work could not have been possible without the encouragement and inspiration of Dr Kamini Jain, my mentor guide Teacher and invaluable friend for the last so many years, I am deeply grateful to my family and colleagues who have been my support system throughout this journey without them, this accomplishment would not have been possible. This Book has been prepared with utmost care and planning some areas or topics may still require further improvement.
