About author : Dr. Manoher Saryam is currently working as Assistant Professor (Extension Education) in the Faculty of Agriculture, Rabindranath Tagore University, Raisen, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh). He received B.Sc. (Ag) in 2011 and M.Sc. (Ag) degree in Agricultural Extension from Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh) in 2013 & Ph.D. Degree from Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh) in 2020. He has also qualified ICAR NET (ASRB) in 2016. He is well known for his work on Technical Competency of Farmers and Extension Personnel’s and Management. He has published more than 15 research papers in National and International level and he presented the different papers in conferences and seminars. He has more than 3 years’ experience of teaching of Under Graduate, Post Graduate Programmes, and research and Extension activities in the fields of his specialization. Miss Pooja Jena currently pursuing Ph.D (Extension Education) in the Department of Extension Education, Bihar Agricultural University Sabour (Bihar). She received B.Sc. (AG) from Odisha, M. Sc. (Ag) in Agricultural Extension & Communication from Madhya Pradesh. She has Post-Graduate Diploma in Rural Development. She qualified UGC NET with JRF in 2019 and ICAR SRF in 2020. Her work specialized on e-Extension, Digital Competency, Agriculture an allied entrepreneurship Women and tribal lifestyle. She published 08 papers in National and 03 International level, 11 News articles, 3 magazine article 4 book chapters as well as she attended 12 conferences and seminars. She is involved in various developmental works, voice over and CSR activities in pockets of Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Haryana, Odisha, and West Bengal. Dr. Uma Chatterjee Saha is presently working as Professor and Dean (Academics) of Xavier Institute of Development Action and Studies (XIDAS), Jabalpur.
