About author : The author of this book is a multi-faceted professional with extensive experience in various domains. He has worked as a Social Worker, Researcher, Policy Writer, Community Organizer, and Media Spokesperson, demonstrating a diverse skill set and a deep commitment to social causes. His current role as a Program Manager at Justice and Hope in Chennai involves overseeing projects related to child safeguarding, empowerment of differently abled individuals, protection from family violence, and community rebuilding. he has conducted 300+ programs, campaigns, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to reach more than twenty thousand (20000) children and stakeholder during their tenure across India. also his one of aim is to reach (100000) one lakh children and stakeholder by 2030 to bring the transformation in community he lives. In addition to their professional roles, the author has volunteered with PACT – YWAM, Chennai. Here, they worked as a Social Worker, focusing on creating awareness about HIV/AIDS in southern region of India Academically, the author holds a M.Phil. & Ph.D. in Social Work from Bharathiar University. he has completed a PGDHRM from Annamalai University and earned a Master of Social Work (CD & E) from Mar Gregorios College, Chennai, as well as a Bachelor of Social Work from Madras Christian College. HIs extensive research contributions have been published in reputable journals, addressing critical issues such as child sexual abuse awareness, the effectiveness of special training centres, the psycho-social status of children, and the conditions of working children in hazardous sectors. His comprehensive academic background and rich professional experience make himself a valuable contributor to the field of social work and child safeguarding
