About author : Dr. Ashwini Sarang Pande is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil College, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. She has 15 years of experience of teaching Clinical Biochemistry to postgraduates, Medical Laboratory Technologist, Pharmacy, and Nursing. She has done her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from LTMMC and LTMGH, (Sion Hospital), Sion, Mumbai and MSc. in Biochemistry from Nagpur University, Nagpur. She has published research papers in National and International Journals and also won awards for research paper presentations in many Conferences. She has published two books one on “Antioxidants and Fat contents in Milk” in International Publication and another on “Medical Biochemistry”- MCQ’s with answer key in National Publication. Her research area is Nutrition and Biochemistry. She has Youtube channel and uploaded videos on Advanced Techniques and Biochemistry
