Sugii Ajay, by qualification, is a Civil Engineer who transitioned from a successful career to dedicate herself as a stay-at-home mother, deeply involved in her roles as a wife, mother, daughter, and daughter-in-law. Amidst the responsibilities, Sugii experienced the gripping hands of anxiety and panic attacks, which led to a profound journey of self-discovery and healing. Diagnosed with anxiety, Sugii sought solace and strength through meditation and yoga. The turning point came when she met her first mentor, Shree Dembla, whose guidance through meditation helped Sugii find inner peace and manage her anxiety effectively. This journey ignited a passion within her to learn new skills and contribute more significantly to the lives of others. Today, Sugii is a certified Tarot card and Oracle/Angel card reader, and an Access Consciousness Bars and Facelift practitioner. She is also certified in Water Therapy and has trained as an NLP coach under Dr. Yogendra Singh Rathore (YSR). As a life coach, Sugii integrates her diverse skills to help individuals lead fulfilling and enriching lives. Motivated by her personal experiences with anxiety and depression, as well as the struggles of many others, Sugii authored this book to offer readers a comprehensive guide to understanding, managing, and overcoming anxiety.
