About Book

What connects a coral, a jellyfish, a lobster, a horseshoe crab, a clam, a scallop, a man-of-war, a weever fish, and cod liver oil? Each is a homoeopathic remedy drawn from the sea — and each, this book argues, carries a psychological signature written into the very way it lives. A book like this has been much needed for a long time. This volume is an effort to simplify Homoeopathic Materia Medica and Repertory, so that the reader can prescribe these remedies more easily in daily OPD practice. It walks through nine sea-derived remedies rubric by rubric, joining classical Materia Medica sources (Allen, Hering, Clarke, Boericke, Phatak) with real marine biology and behavior — how each creature defends itself, feeds, moves, hides, or endures — to show why its mental and physical symptom picture takes the shape it does. Along the way, the book grounds each remedy in doctrine-of-signature reasoning built from documented biology, not speculation. Written for homoeopathy students and practitioners who want prescribing to feel intuitive rather than mechanical, this book is a working companion for the case-taking desk — a bridge between the classical texts and the felt, recognizable personality of each remedy.
