About Author

For over 12 years, I lived the high-pressure rhythm of corporate life — juggling deadlines, expectations, emotional fatigue, and the quiet weight of always having to hold it together. From childhood to career, I witnessed the toll that unmanaged stress could take on the mind, health, and relationships — not just my own, but in the lives of friends, colleagues, and family. Like many, I thought this was just part of life… until I discovered NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming). What began as a personal journey of healing from stress, procrastination, and burnout became a mission. Over the past three years, I immersed myself in NLP, applying its science-backed principles first on myself and then mentoring others to do the same. Through experience, empathy, and transformation, I developed a simple but powerful belief: “You don’t need to be fixed. You need to reconnect with how your mind is wired — and rewrite the parts that no longer serve you.” Today, I guide working professionals, Business Owners and individuals who silently carry too much stress, helping them declutter their minds, reset their focus, and rebuild their inner calm.
