The Story Behind 45 Months at Number One My story begins with my stint at Reliance Jio, where I had the privilege of serving as the Enterprise Service Head for the state of Gujarat, based out of Ahmedabad. It was a challenging and exciting assignment. Our performance was measured through a comprehensive set of customer-service and operational parameters, evaluated through the annual performance cycle. The objective was not merely to deliver numbers, but to create a culture of operational excellence, customer centricity, consistency and execution discipline. The period covered by this journey was from April 2020 to December 2024. During this time, our Gujarat operation achieved and, more importantly, sustained the India Number One position in our category among the country's top business and revenue states for 45 months.
