About author : Dr.K.Manikandan is currently working as Professor and Head of Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis, SRMCP in 2023. He have joined as a Lecturer in the Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis in SRM College of Pharmacy in 2009. His research interests includes development of bioanalytical techniques for the quantitative determination of known compounds/drugs and their impurities in biological samples, Chemometrics, and AQbD-involved green analytical procedures. He have published a total of 65 research papers in national and international peer reviewed journals and presented over 50 research papers at national and international conferences. He has two Indian patents grants, and two Indian patents have been published in two books along with four book chapters. In 2011, he was awarded Dr.PD Sethi Annual Award for Best Paper Publication. He has been an organizing committee member for 35 conferences held at SRM College of Pharmacy. Dr. J. Kavitha is presently affiliated with SRM College of Pharmacy, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, as Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis having a total of 15 years of experience in teaching and research. She has guided 19 PG projects, 30 UG students and currently guiding 03 Ph.D scholars to carry out their project works related to analytical and bioanalytical method development and validation with the aid of Quality by Design.
