KNOW YOUR AUTHOR---Welcome to our holistic healing sanctuary, led by Kavita
Chamoli Gupta, a dedicated Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and holistic healing
practitioner. Born and raised in a middle class family in New Delhi, Kavita studied in a
prestigious school of Delhi. She
underwent B.Sc (Hons) Physics in ARSD college, Delhi University and completed her post-graduation in Electronics from Miranda College at Delhi University. She taught in high profile schools of Delhi – The
Modern School, Bara Khamba Road and The CRPF School for good two years. After her
marriage to a Naval Officer she shifted to Mumbai. She had the opportunity to contribute to
community service at Naval Wives Welfare Association (NWWA), where her journey into
‘Healing’ began with learning of Reiki, which she utilised to heal many individuals.
Her decision to become a full time home-maker was inspired by her commitment to devote
quality time in grooming her newly born baby girl and enjoying motherhood for a few years.
During this period, she underwent many spiritual courses like Art of Living by Sri Sri
Ravishankar, Inner Engineering by Isha Foundation, Chanting, Meditation at Brahmakumaris
and 16-mala at ISKCON. She grew spiritually. She explored different places of India and
abroad with her family and her outlook broadened. Along with her interest in healing, she
explored her creative side by enrolling for Fashion Technology from NIFT Mumbai. She
ventured into entrepreneurship by establishing and operating a successful business in Apparel
Design for bridal wears for about ten years. As a well to do family, with no financial
concerns and enjoying healthy and high-flying life-style, she still felt sometimes that
something was amiss in her life’s journey and there were some unanswered questions in her
mind that would encourage her to explore more spiritual avenues. Introduction to BSG by
