Ruchi Agarwal is a Banker, working in a reputed Nationalized Bank for the past 12 years. While excelling in the role of a full-time corporate employee, she has tasted her fair share of life’s struggles, dealing with a divorce and rising from rock bottom. Her own experiences have inspired her to pen down her coping mechanisms and give others like her, a ray of hope. Born in the beautiful city of Siliguri alongside the “Queen of Hills - Darjeeling” in West Bengal, her early years were shaped under the Sisters of St. Joseph’s High School, Matigara, where she learned the most important life skills – communication and confidence. She later went on to study B.Tech and has worked for various MNCs as an IT professional. The inclination to understand Human Psychology was the reason she took up an MBA in HR despite being an IT professional. She then worked as a finance agent, and HR professional before settling down for a career in Banking. She is known for being an excellent orator and anchored various corporate events. In the search for inner peace, she kept switching jobs and cities and was still looking for the bigger purpose of her life when this book happened.
