I am Ruby Choudhary — an explorer of truth, a therapist of healing, and a lifelong student of gratitude.
Life has been my greatest teacher — showing me beauty, storms, silence, and the wisdom hidden in every moment.
Through the practice of Yoga, NLP, and Mindful Living, I’ve learned that peace comes not from controlling life, but from trusting it.
Gratitude became the bridge that turned my suffering into meaning and my confusion into clarity.
As a Yoga and Wellness Coach, Life Coach, and NLP Practitioner, I created Adhyatm Yog — a space for awakening, healing, and transformation.
Every class, session, and conversation I share carries one purpose: to help others find peace within themselves.
