About author : Maulik Chandnani is a Commerce Post Graduate, UGC-NET (Commerce) and an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He possesses a rich experience of academics and has been teaching Corporate Laws, Governance and Ethics for more than six years. He is presently serving as an Assistant Professor in the department of Commerce and Management at RNB Global University, Bikaner. He is a research scholar and his specialization lies in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). He is also a Certified CSR Professional as awarded by the ICSI. He is an active contributor of edited book chapters, research articles and conference papers in the field of CSR. Dr. Ashok Kumar Karnani is presently serving as Assistant Professor in department of Law and Arts at RNB Global University, Bikaner. He is a senior academician having over twenty years of teaching experience in various state and private universities, colleges and other academic institutions. He is a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law besides holding the academic degrees of B.Sc. (Mathematics), LL.B., LL.M. in Constitutional and Mercantile Law and M. Com. in Business Management and EAFM.
