About Book

Coming Back to Herself is a quiet exploration of what happens when emotional pain remains unspoken for too long. Through an inward journey shaped by responsibility, restraint, and silent endurance, the book reflects how suppressed emotions gradually find expression through the body, the mind, and lived experience. Rather than offering solutions or dramatic transformation, it traces subtle shifts — moments of awareness, pauses in reaction, and small acts of self-attention — through which healing begins to take form. Grounded in observation and lived reality, the book speaks to those who have carried life quietly and are seeking a gentler way of meeting themselves.

About Author

Piyusha Abbhi holds an MBA from IMS, Dehradun, and lives in her hometown of Paonta Sahib. She is the Director of Farm Fresh Foods Pvt. Ltd. and the founder of Sylvan Hues by SHRAM, an initiative focused on empowering rural women through meaningful, skill-based work. Deeply drawn to creativity and inner inquiry, her work explores the relationship between expression, resilience, and the human inner world. Through her engagement with art, entrepreneurship, and community-building, she has observed how creativity can become a quiet refuge — offering space for reflection, grounding, and personal renewal. Coming Back to Herself is her debut book.
