Mr. Ramesh is an Emotional Intelligence & Wellness Coach who helps working professionals handle anxiety, stress, and burnout in today’s high-pressure corporate world. Before becoming a coach, he spent over 17 years in corporate roles himself. He has lived the reality of deadlines, night shifts, targets, office politics, and the constant pressure to “perform.” On the outside, his life looked stable—a steady job, growing responsibilities. Inside, he battled anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion. Searching for a better way, he turned towards inner work and began learning practical tools from Emotional Intelligence, NLP, EFT (tapping), and mind–body wellness. These tools helped him rebuild his calm, clarity, and confidence from the inside out. Today, through his Inner Mastery / Inner Freedom framework, Ramesh supports professionals who feel stuck, insecure, or drained by their work.
