About Book

Beyond Marks explores the importance of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) in nurturing emotionally healthy, resilient, and compassionate children. Moving beyond conventional academic measures, the book reflects on emotional well-being, empathy, relationships, mindfulness, emotional safety, and self-awareness within schools and families. Written in a simple and reflective style, it combines real-life observations, classroom experiences, teacher reflections, and practical guidance for educators and parents. The book also includes dedicated sections on emotionally supportive teaching practices and parenting approaches. Intended for teachers, parents, educational institutions, and general readers, the book highlights the human side of education in an increasingly stressful and competitive world.
