Rajib Sutradhar is an Electrical Engineer with more than three decades of professional experience in the field of Power System Operation. A Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India) and a Chartered Engineer, he has been associated with critical areas of power system management, Grid operations, and institutional responsibilities throughout his career. He was Executive Director at ERLDC, Grid Controller of India Limited. Alongside his professional engagement in engineering, he has maintained a deep interest in human development, education and emotional well-being. His interactions with his colleagues, students, teachers, parents, and educational institutions gradually inspired his engagement with Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and holistic education practices. He is also certified by UNESCO MGIEP on Social Emotional Learning and has been actively involved in SEL orientation and awareness initiatives in educational settings.
