About author : Dr. Rahul D. Suryawanshi (M.V.Sc., PhD, PGD in One Health): Author is working as Assistant Professor and Head, Dept. of Veterinary Public Health & Epidemiology, College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Udgir, Maharashtra since last 10 years. He is a recipient of prestigious Indo-US Public Health Research Fellowship Award 2012-13 to work at Pennsylvania State University, USA as a research scholar. The International Federation of Biosafety Associations (IFBA), based in Canada, has qualified him as a Biorisk Management Professional. The Food Safety & Standardisation Authority of India (FSSAI) has certified him as a Food Analyst. Additionally, he has been the recipient of numerous national and international scholarships and honours, such as the Frontline Foundation's international scholarship award in Texas, USA; the Innovative Young Agriculture Scientist Award at Krishithon 2018; and the Best Teacher Award. He has published 26 full length research papers and 37 abstracts in journals and conferences of national and international repute. He has mentored seven post-graduate (M.V.Sc.) students with success. Dr. Madhav R. Patil (M.Sc., PhD, PGD in Marketing management): Author is working as an Associate Dean, College of Dairy Technology, Udgir, Distt. Latur, Maharashtra. Since last 19 years, he is the Faculty of Dairy Chemistry. He has published over 65 research papers/ reviews/ book chapters/technical articles in journals of National and International repute and presented his work in more than 39 National/ International conferences. He has published 3 books, 16 Practical manuals and 125 popular articles. To his credit, he has completed various editorial assignments and manuscript reviewing for both National and International journals.
