About Author

Er. Vishesh Vishwakarma is a technology enthusiast and B.Tech graduate in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science with a strong interest in Python programming, data science, and educational content development. He is the author of the book Basics of Python Programming for Pharmaceutical Sciences (Theory), written to simplify Python concepts for B.Pharm students in accordance with the latest PCI syllabus. His objective is to present programming concepts in a clear, practical, and easy-to-understand manner using pharmaceutical examples and real-world applications. Along with his expertise in Python, Web Development, Mobile App Development , Data Visualization and ERP systems, he is passionate about making technical education accessible to beginners. Through this book, he aims to help pharmacy students build a strong foundation in Python programming and its applications in pharmaceutical sciences. Dr. Swati Rathore is an Associate Professor at Sagar Institute of Research, Technology and Science-Pharmacy, Bhopal, with over 10 years of academic and research experience in drug designing, synthesis of novel bioactive compounds, and nanotechnology-based drug delivery systems. She has authored numerous research articles, books, book chapters, and conference papers, and has received several fellowships, awards, and recognitions for her contributions to pharmaceutical research and innovation. Dr. Rathore actively promotes research-oriented learning through student conferences, workshops, faculty development programs, and value-added courses. Her current research focuses on AI-driven pharmaceutical applications, including AI-assisted drug discovery, predictive modeling, formulation optimization, machine learning in healthcare, and data-driven nanomedicine, integrating Artificial Intelligence, Python programming, and pharmaceutical nanotechnology to develop cost-effective, intelligent, and sustainable healthcare solutions for future clinical and industrial applications. Dr. Priyanka Rathore is an Associate Professor in Sagar Institute of Research Technology and Science Pharmacy, Bhopal with over 18 years of academic and research experience in Pharmaceutical Sciences. She earned her Ph.D. from Bundelkhand University with research focused on chitosan–graphene nanoparticle-based transdermal drug delivery systems and has made significant contributions in the fields of nanotechnology, novel drug delivery, phytopharmaceuticals, and transdermal therapeutics. She has published numerous research papers in reputed national and international journals, authored book chapters, secured research grants from AICTE and MPCST, and holds patents and copyrights. She has actively organized and coordinated national and international conferences, faculty development programs, and workshops while serving as a reviewer for international journals. Her research interests include nanomedicine, targeted drug delivery, pharmaceutical formulation development, and pharmaceutical education, with a strong commitment to innovation, interdisciplinary research, and academic excellence. She applied Python programming for pharmaceutical research, including statistical data analysis, Design of Experiments (DoE), response surface methodology (RSM), and scientific data visualization. Ms.Annie Jijee Cheriyan is an Assistant Professor in Sagar Institute of Research Technology and Science Pharmacy Bhopal, since last 18 years.She leads innovative research in Plant tissue culture. Over the last 18 years, Ms.Annie , has authored many research articles, review papers and has made significant contributions to the advancement of Plant biology. Ms.Annie also published research paper in reputed SCOPUS journal. She also organized student conferences, research and development sessions, and many value- addition courses for enhancing the knowledge of students. Prof. Shikha Singh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy at Sagar Institute of Research Technology and Science Pharmacy, Bhopal, and a Research Scholar at Oriental University, Indore. Her research interests include Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS), Microencapsulation, Controlled Drug Delivery, Pharmaceutical Technology, and Nanotechnology-based drug delivery systems. She has extensive experience in pharmaceutical education, curriculum development, NBA documentation, outcome-based education, and guiding undergraduate students in academic and research activities. She has actively participated in faculty development programs, workshops, conferences, and institutional initiatives while promoting innovative, student-centered teaching methodologies.
